Cancellation Policy
We at Moon Pilates Studio strive to provide quality services and maintain the integrity of our class schedule. To ensure fairness and efficiency in managing our classes, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Deadline: Participants must cancel their reservation for a class no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.
Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Early Cancellations: Participants who cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled class will be able to use their pass another time.
Cancellation Process: Participants can cancel their class reservation by accessing their account through our online booking system in MindBody.
No-Shows: Participants who do not show up for a scheduled class without canceling in advance ("no-shows") will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Policy Acknowledgment: By booking a class at Moon Pilates Studio, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
